Alex is our Managing Director. With extensive seller experience covering Amazon, Ebay and Shopify since 2012 he has a thorough knowledge of our clients challenges and requirements. Alex is regularly found being hands on in the warehouse assisting each process ensuring the companies high standards are met.
Customer Service Representatives
Our Customer Service team is the heart of the operation, they’re the first point of contact for all customer concerns and queries. With their knowledge, skill and experience within the industry they aim to resolve any issues efficiently and effectively. They handle everything from courier contact to customer enquiries and assisting in the warehouse with handling stock. Our office team is well rounded with individual specialist knowledge. A team ready for anything.
Management Team
Our warehouse management team is made up by Olly, John and Phil. With over 50 years of experience between them there isn’t anything these guys can’t do. From picking and packing to bulk storage and shipping, customer service to filling in on the warehouse floor. All members of management are proactive with labour and they ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible and work hard to keep the warehouses spick and span.
Inbound Coordination Team
Joanna and Sara make up our inbound stock coordination team. Their job is to take inventory of all stock entering the warehouses and catalogue items to the correct spaces. They ensure all stock is counted correctly and match the paperwork allocated to shipments.
Warehouse Team
Our warehouse team are responsible for picking, packing, prepping and shipping out our stock and products. They handle everything from organising bulk stock to hand picking single stock items. A vital part of the process, they ensure everything is handled with care.
Accounting Team
Jack is our corporate Bookkeeper, he is responsible for managing our finances and ensuring our money is managed as efficiently as possible. He’s one of the member of staff who will be handling invoices.
